Become a Vendor at TWO EVENTS!!!

Join the Intercultural Society of Vernonia for our ADULT EASTER EGG HUNT, APRIL 12TH and our  GREAT AMERICAN BASH CELEBRATION ON JULY 4, 2025.

ADULT EASTER EGG HUNT - General Event Sponsor

2 Requirements:

1. Pay the vendor registration fee (Food Vendor $100, Non-Food Vendor $50, Non-Profit $40), OR ALTERNATIVELY: Provide a prize for the event - normally $50-$150 value (we are also looking for larger GRAND PRIZE options that come with speaking stage time and more visibility for businesses!)

AND

2. Prepare 200 eggs for the field with "adult" items inside (or an egg with a ticket for those who grab the eggs to come afterward and pick up from your table, thus increasing traffic to your booth) 

EASTER SETUP: Setup 9-10:30am, people begin arriving 12:30pm, event over by 4:30pm. Water and power are not provided at either event.  If you need a generator please be sure it is a quieter model.

4TH OF JULY GREAT AMERICAN BASH - General Event Sponsor Requirements:


1. Pay the vendor registration fee (Food Vendor $100, Non-Food Vendor $50, Non-Profit $40)


4th of July SETUP: Setup 2-4pm (our team will be setting up 10am if you want to start early), Our event begins with the 4th of July parade at 5:00 PM with vendor area alive around 5:30pm after the parade. It will be followed by family friendly concerts, a food court with vendors, games and more.  Note: this event is open to the whole community, so please plan accordingly!

Water and power are not provided at either even

Please be advised that we do allow duplicate vendor types. 

Be sure to register prior to March 30th for any discounts!

- Have a valid Columbia County Health Department Temporary Restaurant License
- Send the Intercultural Society of Vernonia a copy of your license
- Possess a current Food Handler’s Permit valid in the State of Oregon
- Have a current OLCC if serving alcoholic beverages
